Welcome to SnapCombo software and related services. These Terms of Service (the 'Terms') constitute a legal agreement between you and the SnapCombo team regarding your download, installation, and use of this software.

1. License Grant and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run this software on your personal or work devices. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the software;
• Modify, circumvent, or defeat any copyright protection, digital certificate signatures, or subscription validation mechanisms;
• Share your activation license key across more devices than permitted by your subscription plan.

2. Subscription and Fees

Certain premium rendering formats and export quotas may require an active subscription:

• Billing and Payments: Subscription fees are processed through our designated third-party payment processors (such as Creem).
• License Key Binding: Each activation key is bound to a specific device fingerprint. If you reach the device limit, you must unbind an existing device before activating a new one.
• Refund Policy: Unless otherwise expressly stated or mandated by applicable local consumer laws, all purchased subscriptions and license services are non-refundable.

3. Intellectual Property and User Content

We highly respect your content rights:

• Asset Ownership: You retain all intellectual property and related rights to the videos, images, and text you import into the software.
• Exported Video Rights: You own full usage, distribution, and commercialization rights for videos legitimately rendered through this software. You are responsible for ensuring that imported assets do not infringe upon third-party rights.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The software is provided 'AS IS' without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• The software will be entirely error-free or run uninterrupted;
• The exported videos will perfectly align with your commercial expectations or satisfy the specific algorithmic requirements of distribution platforms.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the software.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The execution, effectiveness, performance, and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unresolved, either party may file a lawsuit with a competent court.

6. Modifications and Notices

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The modified Terms will be effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the software after such changes implies your reading, understanding, and acceptance of the revised Terms.
